Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed once we accept it and prepare it for delivery. We may decline an order if an item is unavailable.

Prices. All prices are in UAE dirhams and include applicable taxes. Delivery costs AED 20 and is free on orders over AED 150.

Payment. You may pay online by card or in cash on delivery.

Delivery. We deliver across the UAE within 1 to 3 business days. We will contact you on the number you provide to arrange delivery.

Products. Our boxes contain factory sealed snacks. Contents may vary slightly depending on availability, and we always keep the value the same or better. Please refer to the packaging for full ingredient and allergen information.

Returns. Because our products are food items we cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
